Shipping & Returns


Standard Orders are processed & shipped out within 1-2 days. Please see Presale section for shipping information.

Presales require a 50% deposit. Second invoices for the remaining balance will be sent once products are received in our warehouse. Upon receiving payment of your second invoice, items will be shipped out within 1-2 days.

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

We also offer FREE local pickup (just choose this option at checkout)! Just place your order and when it's ready for pickup (within 1 business day), you'll get an email letting you know!


If anything is incorrect, missing or damaged upon arrival please let us know right away (please check your items within 7 days of receipt) by emailing us at or use the contact form here on our website!

Returns must be requested and post-marked to us within 7 days of receiving of your item. **Please note, items must be shipped back within that 7 day timeframe or they will not be eligible for store credit.**

Returns are eligible for store credit only.

*Please attach your name and order number for us to issue the proper credit.*

Original and return shipping costs are customers responsibility.

Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair or other user damage/wear/tear).

Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, sale/clearance items (any item discounted 30% or more from full retail price).
